The Boutique Hotel - Cerro Fresco, being modeled after Post Ranch in Northern California, is in the planning stages with an ocean view restaurant and lounge, art and yoga center, free standing hotel suites, tennis courts, infinity swimming pool and more. Guests will park at the main road and be chauffeured into the project on golf carts.
